I met Penda whilst I worked as a Care Assistant. Penda was my first Saturday buddy and I learned a lot from her professionalism. Penda is thorough and caring to the clients and was well-liked. I worked with Penda from October 2018 - Marh/April 2019. During that time, I saw Penda hoisting clients; changing their pads; giving them personal care with dignity; making them lunch - fixing lunch; and, giving and prompting medication. Penda was also welcoming and friendly to me and made me feel part of the team as this was a very part-time (Saturday) role therefore took me longer to grasp what was required of the role.
